Quinoa Bean Burger

Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
– 2 cups cooked quinoa
– 1 cup steamed broccoli
– 1/2 onion
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1/2 cup chopped celery leaves
– 1 1/2 cup oat flour
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
– In a food processor add the garbanzo beans, quinoa, steamed broccoli, onion and garlic and blend until creamy.
– Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the oat flour, celery leaves, flaxseed meal, salt, paprika, pepper and turmeric. Mix well. Add other spices if you like.
– Now form the burgers. If it sticks to the hands add more oat flour.
– Bake for 40 minutes at 400F (flip them half through).
